An easement extinguishes after 10 years of non-use — art. 293 § 1 Polish Civil Code. A right that no longer exists cannot encumber the property, so it is not a legal defect. The Polish Supreme Court (SN) confirms the rule — SN · III CKN 405/99.

Why pseudonymisation, not anonymisation?
Because the distinction matters. Anonymisation is irreversible — once done, nobody, including you, can recover the data. We replace the data with tokens and keep an encrypted mapping so you can read the result with the real names in place. That is pseudonymisation under Art. 4(5) GDPR: the data stays personal data, while the risk of exposing it outside the firm drops.
